Hey babe,
Sorry there was no newsletter last week, but I was traveling and had a LOT going on. ANYWAY. I’m back so let’s do this. Why do I want to talk about kitchen sex? Because WHY NOT?!
We hear a lot of about shower sex, pool sex, vacation sex, and sex outdoors, but we’re forgetting one place: The kitchen.
It might not be the first location that comes to mind when you’re feeling frisky, but your kitchen is a vital zone of unexplored eroticism. It is like its own built-in makeshift sex zone.
Your kitchen has everything, from drawers full of objects ideal for spanking, to multiple surfaces for adventurous sex positions. Take your sex life onto new terrain by integrating this simple, everyday spot.
Here are some super hot tips for truly epic kitchen sex. Turn the heat up. We’re cooking with fire, y’all.
1. Sterilize in anticipation
First things first, the not so hot step to having hot kitchen sex: Clean your kitchen before you have sex in it.
Make it a part of the experience. Getting everything spic’n’span can help boost the anticipation of erotic adventures to come. No one enjoys scrubbing with bleach, but it becomes a lot less tedious when you know you’re going to be naked on every surface in a matter of hours.
There is nothing sexy about crumbs and sticky spills getting all over you, involuntarily, during kitchen sex. There is a difference between messy sex with food and gross, unsanitary sex because you’re a slob.
The vagina is a delicate ecosystem. Getting any syrups or food inside of it could lead to an imbalance in PH, resulting in a yeast infection. Avoid such unpleasantries by making sure your kitchen is sex-ready. You want this to be a fantasy, not a nightmare.
2. Whipped cream? It’s right here.
You’re in the kitchen, all the things you need for some casual food-play are right at your fingertips. Pop open the fridge and grab that can of whipped cream you save for special occasions.
Spray a little on thighs, belly, and chest. Have your partner lick it off. If you have a sugar-free option, go for that one. You don’t want sugar winding up in your vagina due to those unsexy yeast infections I mentioned before. Be cognizant of where you’re applying foods and syrups, and you’ll be just fine.
Remember to hop in the shower and soap each other up after you’re finished getting rowdy.
3. Utilize utensils
You don’t need BDSM paddles or riding crops when you’re in a kitchen full of handy tools. You’ve got a makeshift dungeon at your fingertips. Grab a wooden spoon and try out some spanking techniques.
You don’t need to buy a bunch of expensive gear to enjoy some light pain play. You can also use a butter knife and run it along your partner's inner thighs and stomach for a little sharp-play. Who says a dish towel can’t be a blindfold?
Be sure the wooden instruments you use have a sealed coding. You want avoid any transference of bacteria. Unfinished wood is porous and is difficult to sterilize.
4. Get up on the island
Standing sex is a pain in the butt. It always seems like a great idea until you do it. When two people are at different heights, getting one or both legs above your partner’s waist is a challenge.
Take advantage of your kitchen’s island. As it generally comes to waist height, it’s the perfect accessory for standing sex. Hop up on your island and have your partner stand directly face-to-face in front of you. Have him or her enter you standing.
This technique can also be used for durable kitchen tables. Lie back on your table and scoot your butt to the edge. Have your partner enter you standing. Feel free to combine these positions with your makeshift bondage gear.
5. Do it against the fridge
If you have a metal or stainless steel fridge, the cool temperatures offer a sexy sensation. Strip down have sex against the fridge.
A safety tip: Be sure you have a grounded, heavy fridge before attempting this trick, as you don’t want to knock it on top of you. Hot kitchen sex does not involve death by fridge.
6. Grab some ice from the trays in the freezer
You’re in the kitchen already, so take advantage of the proximity to the freezer. Ice is fun, but when used in the bedroom it can cause messiness.
Snatch a few ice cubes from one of your trays. Run them over yours or your partner's nipples, inner thighs, chest, and neck. The cold sensation and melting wetness are very erotic. The kitchen is for more than making meals, it’s for making orgasms.
This week’s mantras:
