Why coconut oil is a huge bedroom enhancer.

It's 100% edible and utterly delightful. Slip, slip - HONEY.

Hey babe,

I AM BACK. Well, kind of. Still in pain and taking it more easy, but on the mend. I’m back in physical therapy - which is helping but also f8cking sucks so much and hurts a lot. I appreciate all of your supportive messages last week. You guys are the best.

Anyway, let’s get to the sex stuff, shall we?

I know I’ve blathered on about different kinds of lube on here about a zillion times but today I want to talk about one in particular: Coconut oil.

Coconut oil is fabulous for so many things. It makes an amazing hair mask, skin moisturizer (even for vulvas), and is a healthy addition to a morning smoothie. But, did you know coconut oil is actually great for playtime in the bedroom, too?

You guessed it: Lube. It is slippery, stays in place, and smells AMAZING. You can use it as a sensual massage oil, too - which Coconu has a special formula for that very reason. And it’s hemp-infused for that CBD, honey.

Plus, you this stuff is 100% edible. Like, when do you even get that in your life? Talk about making ALL bedroom activities more enjoyable - looking at you, oral activities.

When buying lube (whether it’s oil, silicone, or water-based), you want to be sure that it is free of parabens, harmful chemicals, and glycerine.

This is where coconut oil comes in. It is a great alternative for all people with a vulva (and those with penises, as well). Coconut oil doesn’t have any added ingredients or chemicals so you know you’re getting the good stuff. And you deserve that.

The only problem? Be wary of condoms when using oil-based personal moisturizers. Oil lubricants are not compatible with latex or polyurethane. They cause corrosion which can lead to breakage.

If you’re using condoms, stick with a water-based or silicone-based lube.

Also, be a little careful with this sex toy, boo. If you want to use an oil-based lube with your favorite silicone toys, be sure to wash them thoroughly with soap and water AS SOON as you’re finished using them. But, you should be doing that anyway because not washing your toys is gross and can cause infections.

Fine, yes. You can just wipe them with an organic wet-wipe real quick - but ONLY if the cuddle session is worth it. Intimacy, I get it. Still, wash it before using it again with soap and water.

I’m obsessed with coconut lube and think it is a must have in the bedroom. Yes, this is a sponsored newsletter, but y’all know I don’t promote stuff I’m not a believer in.

This week’s mantra’s:

  1. My vulva/penis should be treated like precious cargo.

  2. Lube is for everyone and everyone should use it.

  3. I will love myself.

Have a great week! I love you.

XOXO Auntie G

How to Learn to Draw Out Sex For More Intimate Sessions in 4 Weeks

Have a penis? Know a penis-owner? Dating one? Well, I created a little 4 week “challenge” to help penis-owners not only last longer in bed, but refocus sex on their partners.

Spoiler: It ain’t all about intercourse. Lasting longer isn't about doing the old stick’n’poke for 60 straight minutes, but how to draw out sexy sessions so that everyone can have maximum enjoyment.

How to Talk to Your Children About Body Image

I really enjoyed this piece by Giddy on how to speak to children about body image. We can’t protect them from everyone, but we can help them develop more sound views of themselves by reinforcing their confidence, healthy habits, encouraging them, and - most importantly - by not talking shit about our own bodies.

When we pinch some fat at the top of our jeans, talk about dieting, or call ourselves fat - it imprints on our kids. So, we should all do our best to start loving ourselves more and helping our kids grow up happier than most of us 90s kids did.

I Have an Absurd, Uncontrollable Habit When I Have Sex. The Aftermath Isn’t Pretty.

Alright, so this amazing headline is what drew me to this Slate advice column. Well done, Slate.

As it turns out, it’s about consensual biting - but it’s worth a read because it made me LOL.
